At Memorial Nursing Center in Frederick, Oklahoma we strive to bring a high quality of personal and medical care. Everything we do is applied with love, understanding, and tenderness toward our residents and their guests. We are here to provide support for our residents who are functionally or cognitively challenged, as well as those residents who are just unable to continue to live at home safely.
Our residents are assisted with activities of everyday living such as meals, dressing, and bathing. We also assist all of our residents with their medications to make sure they are taken correctly and on time. Activities are tailored to the needs of our residents, which includes various exercise programs, bingo, arts and crafts and other great social functions. The area churches come to the nursing center and provide Sunday services for different religion groups with as well as gospel singing and other musical events. We celebrate birthdays with parties for the residents and staff.
To benefit our residents, we have a better caregiver to resident ratio, that allows our trained staff to provide the specialized care that is needed in a timely manner. There is also the added peace of mind that we are connected to Memorial Hospital and Physician Group in Frederick. Memorial Hospital and Physician Group provides Emergency Services, Physical Therapy, X-Ray and Laboratory Services on site for all residents.
We appreciate and want the input from our residents families. This allows us to personalize our care for that particular resident. We want to know our residents likes and dislikes, their family stories of their kids and grandkids.
We invite all of our prospective residents and their families to visit us anytime at Memorial Nursing Center. If we can answer any questions or if you need more information, please call Lauri Weldon, Administrator or Laura Atteberry, Director of Nursing at 580-335-6646, EXT. 301.
